The Comfort Difference
Why Your Home Deserves Better.
If certain rooms always feel too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter, the issue often isn't your HVAC system – it's the protective barrier above it.
Protecting Your HVAC System.
A premium insulation upgrade reduces the heavy strain on your HVAC system, extending its lifespan and preventing costly premature replacements by naturally keeping your home cooler.
Eliminating Hot Spots.
We create a robust thermal barrier that stops the intense Texas heat from radiating down into your living spaces, ensuring every room in your home remains perfectly comfortable.
A Cleaner, Healthier Environment.
Over time, older insulation degrades and can trap allergens and dust. We remove the old materials, leaving you with a fresh, clean, and healthy attic space.
Comprehensive Air Sealing.
Our meticulous white-glove process includes thoroughly sealing all hidden gaps and penetrations, ensuring that the conditioned air you pay for stays exactly where it belongs—inside your home.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
High-integrity answers to the most common thermal constraints we encounter across Dallas-Fort Worth.
For a typical DFW home, professional attic insulation with air sealing runs $2,500 to $5,500 depending on the size and age of the home. You can type your address into our estimator and see your actual number in about 15 seconds, no phone call required.
For most DFW attics, blown-in fiberglass to R-38 is the standard. It handles the heat, it installs fast, and it works. Some homes benefit from spray foam on the roof deck instead, but that depends on the attic configuration. We figure out which one your house actually needs during the verification visit.
Current energy code for DFW (Climate Zone 3) calls for R-38. Most homes built before 2005 are somewhere around R-19 or lower, which is why the AC runs nonstop in July. R-38 is the target we use in our estimates.
A standard blown-in job with air sealing takes 1 to 2 hours for most homes. If the existing insulation needs to be removed first, add another 2 to 3 hours depending on the attic size. Either way, it's a same-day job.
Oncor runs an energy efficiency program that pays back about $0.15 per square foot of attic when you insulate to R-30 or better. We apply the rebate automatically in your estimate. Rebate availability varies by utility provider. The federal 25C tax credit expired after 2025 and has not been renewed.
The EPA says proper insulation can cut heating and cooling costs by about 15%. For a DFW home with a $350/month summer bill, that's roughly $400 to $600 per year. The actual number depends on your home's starting condition and how much air sealing is needed.
Spray foam gets applied to the roof deck and creates both an air seal and a thermal barrier in one step. Blown-in fiberglass goes on the attic floor and provides thermal resistance at a lower cost. Both work. The right choice depends on your attic layout and budget.
Not always. If your existing insulation is still in reasonable shape, we can blow new material on top of it to reach R-38. If it's compacted, wet, rodent-damaged, or contaminated, it needs to come out first. We check during the verification visit and tell you straight.
The usual signs in DFW: AC runs all day and the upstairs is still hot, summer electric bills over $300, noticeable temperature differences between rooms, or the house just never feels comfortable even with the thermostat cranked down.
